I love being in Cades Cove just about any time of year, but there is really something special about being in Cades Cove when there is snow on the ground. Usually by the time you are able to get in there, most of the snow has melted. Every once and a while though, you can get in when the roads are fairly clear, but the snow is still covering everything.
